[edit] Links to Hotels.
While it isn't appropriate to put in links to Hotels, is it appropriate to have the links showing that the Hotel's name has changed? For example Hotel Jupiter (Now Hotel Saturn<ref>something appropriate if a history of the hotel on Hotel Saturn's website</ref>), [[Fargo, North Dakota]] . Naraht 13:36, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
- I don't think it's really all that **necessary**, and seems to me like wikicruft that could be done without. References should be included on information that is challenged or likely to be challenged, as well as specific facts & figures. Something as minor as a hotel changing its name to a new hotel, we could probably get away without it, and I wouldn't worry about it unless someone decides to sprinkle a few {{cn}} tags about the article. Also, since this article is mainly a list, it's unlikely to ever be nominated for WP:FAC or WP:GAN; **maybe** for featured list, but based on our recent experience with WP:FLC, I don't think this is "notable enough" for that. So in other words, I see this article as just being overflow for the main Alpha Phi Omega article, and therefore should primarily meet our own standards for citations and other requirements (e.g. we don't have to be anal-retentive here).
