Alphonse Crespo

Alphonse Crespo (aka Luis Crespo) is a Swiss orthopedic surgeon. Author of Esculape Foudroyé Les Belles Lettres 1991 [1] and of numerous essays and articles such as Medicine: Deregulated or Dead [2] , Black Market Medicine an Ethical alternative to State Control [3], Outlawing Medicine [4] or The End of Welfare and its effect on the Poor[5]. His writings advocate a libertarian approach to medical ethics and a full return of medicine to the free market. Director of research at the Institut Constant de Rebecque a Swiss liberal and libertarian think tank founded in 2005 and project director at the Liberales Institut, Zuerich. Founder in 2007 of MedLib ('['Medicine & Liberty][6]) a network of liberty oriented doctors. Author of "Une sieste à La Havane & autres récits obituaires" (fiction) Thélès 2005 [7]
