Alphonse-Marie Parent

Alphonse-Marie Parent (April 2, 1906October 7, 1970) was a Canadian priest and administrator.

Born in Saint-Jean-Chrysostome, Quebec, the son of Alphonse Parent and Marie Gosselin, he became a priest in 1929.

From 1961 to 1966, he was President of the Royal Commission of Enquiry on teaching in Quebec. In 1967 he was made a Companion of the Order of Canada.
