Alphons Czibulka, or Czibulka Alfonz (May 14, 1842, Szepesváralja/Spišské Podhradie - October 27, 1894, Vienna) was a Hungarian composer, pianist, and conductor.

His Wintermärchen is the drooping, sentimental violin piece that has been frequently used to indicate mock tragedy in film and cartoon soundtracks.[1]

The Czibulkagasse in Simmering, Vienna, was named after him in 1938.
