Aloisio Riccio

A Sicilian Bishop in the Roman Catholic Church, Monsignor[1] Luigi Aloisio Riccio was one of two to vote against the doctrine of papal infallibility, which received 433 votes in support, in the 1870 First Vatican Council.[2]
