Almana Shchora (from Hebrew: Black Widow) (Hebrew: אלמנה שחורה) is a Heavy metal band originating from Israel. The band was founded in 1984 and stay active until these days as well, Although the only surviving original member of the band is the guitarist and founder (and now also vocalist) Eli Zulta, who wrote and sang most of the songs. The band currently consists of Eli Zulta (Vocals/Guitar), Nanek (Guitar), Adosh (Keyboards), Igal Cohen (Bass) and Ha-Meteor (Drums).

The band is one of the only Heavy metal bands in Israel, and though not commercially successful, the band is considered to be pioneering in the Israeli Metal scene.
Though active since 1984, the band have released only one album in 1997, and is set to release a new album, a concept album to be called Phantom Pain in spring 2008.
