Set in Hong Kong, All About Love follows the story of Ko, a doctor, who is so busy with work that he never has time to spend with his young wife. When she dies in a car accident, he becomes a broken shell of a man, but after meeting Sam, who is the first person in HK to undergo a heart transplant (she receives his wife's heart), he learns to live again.
