For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you believe that the article is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) then you should do one of the following:
-
- If you have permission from the author leave a message explaining the details on the article Talk page and send an email with the message to "permissions-en (at) wikimedia (dot) org". See Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for instructions.
- If a note on the original website states that re-use is permitted under the GFDL or released into the public domain leave a note at Talk:CureMD Corporation with a link to where we can find that note;
- If you own the copyright to the material: send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en(at)wikimedia(dot)org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL, and note that you have done so on the article Talk page. Alternatively, you may create a note on your web page releasing the work under the GFDL and then leave a note at Talk:CureMD Corporation with a link to the details.
Otherwise, you are encouraged to rewrite this article in your own words to avoid any copyright infringement. After you do so, you should place a {{hangon}} tag on the article page and leave a note at Talk:CureMD Corporation saying you have done so. An administrator will review the new content before taking action.

To have this article kept you will likely need to state why it is notable, i.e. advances it has made, new services that only it offers, and go into detail on these. Bballoakie 02:59, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
We will not contact you by e-mail. The article will simply be deleted, you will likely need to stay on Wikipedia, and the talk page for your article. Bballoakie 03:05, 4 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] CureMD Corporation
No problem, we all want articles on Wikipedia, but we need them to conform. We often encounter spam and advertising for companies and/or websites, most of these pages are deleted because they do not mention why the company is notable. I will remove the Deletion tag that I added, but will be checking up on your article, to make sure it states why the topic is notable, in a few days; If it isn't stated by then, I will add the deletion tag back. If you would like the other deletion tag removed, you will need to talk to User:NMChico24 by clicking here, and leave a comment stating why you think the tag should be removed, and that you are working on the page to make it Wikipedia "friendly". Do not remove the tag by yourself, NMChico24 must do that. After both tags have been removed, remove the "hangon" tag. Please also remember to remove the "underconstruction" tag once your article is finished. Thanks and good luck. Bballoakie 03:22, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
-- What do you guys think about the following article on CureMD? ----
CureMD Corporation was founded in 1997 in New York City. The company started out as one of the first health information technology vendors to develop an internet based medical practice management system. Over the years, the company's portfolio has grown to include electronic health records system, patient portal, mobile care delivery system, and a wide array of health care related services. CureMD has recently also launched a healthcare BPO that allows doctors to outsource their front-desk and billing operations to the company. According to CureMD, this is the first time that a company is providing end-to-end systems and services to doctors with anticipated benefits ranging from increased reimbursements to fewer errors during decision making.
[edit] Copyrights
Sure will, Once again thankyou for your concern, and one more thing, as for CCHIT certificatoins and HIPAA compliance it is to be noted that the logos on them are not copyrigted, i.e the organizations co-related to them or certified by them have the authority to visualize the icons when and where necessary ( As the microsoft icon is ) as I would be using them on this article. Is it fine, if I may disply the icons on the article ?
Regards
Usman R. Mughal
That would be fine, when you upload them, there is a spot for Copyright information, you will likely need to add some of that info in there. I am not sure what you need to put in exactly as I do not focus on images in Wikipedia, but you will be able to find out more at Wikipedia:Images. Bballoakie 03:40, 4 May 2007 (UTC)

Please stop recreating this article at this time, as it is currently being discussed at deletion review. Repeated recreation of an article similar to one whose status is being discussed is considered disruptive. --Kinu t/c 16:07, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
