I'm the Alkuş page's creator. In addition, I am the creator of Coşkucan Özkul. There aren't any member of Turkish Assembly named by Çoşkucan Özkul. After looking its components, you can understand.

Okay, I'll delete the page because, even if it's creator isn't you, Coşkucan Özkul isn't notable.

To sign a page without the word "user", you add [[User:Alican Kutlu|Alican Kutlu]] (with a pipe; see Wikipedia:Piped link for more information), which would produce: Alican Kutlu. The method encouraged however, is to type ~~~~, which produces your signature (see Wikipedia:Signatures for more information).
