Ali Esbati can most definitely be categorized as a Stockholmian. Definition on the category page:

This category refers to people who were born and/or grew up in Stockholm, hence have the Swedish Capital as their hometown. The category doesn’t include people who moved to Stockholm at an adult age, or only lived in the city for a short time.

As he moved there at the age of ten, I would deem that he grew up in Stockholm. It is most definitely his hometown. Jobjörn 22:45, 1 June 2006 (UTC)
