I question the notability of this article. I do not feel that every detainee of the United States needs his or her own wikipedia page. Furthermore, the references in the article are all primary sources, which contribute to, but do not establish notability according to wikipedia guidelines. Could you please explain how you reached the conclusion the Seton Hall study this article cites is a "primary source"?
I recently posed a couple of questions, over on Wikipedia:Reliable sources/Noticeboard, asking for opinions about whether the "Summary of Evidence" memos are not really "secondary sources". Short version -- the memos summarize multiple documents, from multiple agencies -- a canonical example of a "secondary source". I would appreciate it if you would go take a look there. If you still think they are "primary sources", I would really appreciate you leaving your explanation for this conclusion.
Regarding whether Guantanamo captives merit coverage here -- how do you know your feeling that they do not hasn't lead you to offer an instance of WP:IDONTLIKEIT?
