Alissos (Greek: Αλισσός) is a village in the prefecture of Achaea, Greece. The nearby communities are Kato Achaia to the west and Kaminia to the northeast in the municipality of Vrachneika. It is located 20km southwest of Patras and 78km northeast of Pyrgos. The GR-9 is just 600m north of the village.

Alissos has a square (plateia), a church, a school, a post office, no train station even it connects by rail. Residential houses are lined up from east to west with a length of about 1 km. The land in Kato Alissos (which includes Alissos Beach) is used for farming, but a few industrial buildings are founded. East of the community are hilly and are bounded with Kaminia. The southern part is bounded with the municipality of Olenia.
