Alika Medeiros, better known as Alika (born 06 February 1978 in Honolulu, Hawaii, U.S.), is an American life coach, fitness and yoga instructor, writer, and the inventor of Kilo lani yoga. His Aloha Life seminar was filmed and released in February 2008.[1]
