Alih Jey (born Alih Jey de Peña Jiménez, 1980) is a Dominican Rock music singer.

Jey's family is well known in the Dominican show business industry: her father, Anibal de Pena, and her mother, Alida Iluminada Jimenez, are well known musicians there as well. Jey demonstrated since an early age that she wanted to follow in her parents' footsteps, singing and dancing in front of others since a very early age.

At fourteen, Jey began to compose songs, which she would later record. She kept busy improving her voice and her song writing skills until she was hired, at the age of seventeen, by the Latin American division of Universal Music. Already on her way to become a noted singer, she released her debut album, also named Alih Jey, in 2001. Her song, It's ok, became an instant hit, requiring for a single of it to be released. Her first album was bilingual, as she is fluent in English apart from her native Spanish language.

Her second album "Gotas de Piel" was released to great critical acclaim in 2005. Her hit "Muñequita Tuya" was quickly put on high rotation in Latin radio stations in the US. Other songs in her album like "Vino en Tu Bar" solidified Jey as a force to be reckoned with.

In 2005, Alih Jey received the news that she would be touring alongside Mexican star Paulina Rubio during Rubio's Pau-Latina tour across the United States. Coincidentally, the tour ended at Jey's homeland, Dominican Republic.
