Alice Martin

Alice Martin is the United States Attorney for the U. S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama. She was nominated by George W. Bush and has served since September 29, 2001.[1]
She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and is a Registered Nurse. She worked as a nurse during law school and received her Juris Doctorate in 1981 from the University of Mississippi.[2]
Martin has been criticized for her involvement in the prosecution of former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman.[3][4][5][6]
