Ali Rizah Pasha

Ali Rizah Pasha was the commanding officer (probably with the rank of mushir-field marshal in the Army of the Ottoman Empire) of the Western Turkish Army during the First Balkan War. His forces suffered crushing defeats both by Serbian (Kumanovo, Prilep and Bitola and Greek (Sarantaporo, Giannitsa and Pente Pigadia armies.
