Ali Mansour Alwan (Arabic: علي منصور علوان) (born September 27, 1985) is an Iraqi football player who currently plays for Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya in Iraq and the Iraq Olympic team, He plays as Striker and he is known of his Headers ability.

Ali Mansour , the Asian Games' silver medallist, was among the three (Alongside with Ali Abbas and Ali Khudhair) who planned to seek asylum in Australia, said Iraqi Football Association Assistant Secretary Tariq Ahmad. Fortunately he changed his mind and came back to Iraq.
