Ali Hussain Kafi (Arabic: علي حسين كافي) (born 1928) was chairman of the High Council of State (a military-backed collective presidency) of Algeria from July 2, 1992 to January 31, 1994. He became chairman after the death of Muhammad Boudiaf. He was replaced by President Liamine Zéroual.
