Ali Imam is a Bangladeshi children's writer and audio-visual organizer.

Imam has written more than 200 books, translated nearly 40. Child psychology, humanism and adventure is found in his writing. A simple style is available. Adventures, science fictions, stories related with historic events are the categories.
Ali Imam was the General Manager of Bangladesh Television and retired from job on 2006.
He is now hosting two popular TV Talk shows in private channels and more concentrating in his forthcoming books.
