[edit] Proposal to delete
I disagree wholeheartedly with the notion that this page should deleted. News of the abduction, rape, and murder of Dru Sjodin was in the national spotlight for quite some time. Also, with the trial just getting underway now, it would be foolish to delete this article at this time. If Rodriquez is sentenced to death, I would think that the story may again return to the national spotlight. Regardless, this was a very prominent story and the fact that this is a federal trial that could end in the death penalty (the first time in North Dakota in a century) makes Rodrquez a "notable" person. --MatthewUND(talk) 06:08, 20 July 2006 (UTC)
