[edit] Name

I know that his dad is under Alfonso Ferrabosco (I), and the younger is under Alfonso Ferrabosco (ii) in New Grove, but in most references I've seen, in books, on recordings, and by his contemporaries, I've always seen him as Alfonso Ferrabosco the younger, so that's what I titled this.
