Alfredo Ortiz is an American drummer, currently playing with New York group Morningwood and Los Angeles rockers Red Exiles. Previously Ortiz has toured with the Beastie Boys as a drummer and percussionist, and appeared in their film, Awesome; I Fuckin' Shot That! In previous years Alfredo has lent his talents to The Offspring, Yeska, Ozomatli, Tito Tarantula, BS 2000, Blackalicious, Los Villians. Ortiz has also appeared in the film, Along Came Polly starring Ben Stiller and Jennifer Aniston in 2004. You can hear Alfredo's percussive stylings on Tenacious D's self titled album, released in 2001.
