Alfredo Ghierra (August 31, 1891 – November 16, 1973) was an Uruguayan football (soccer) player who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics.
He was a member of the Uruguayan team, which won the gold medal in the football tournament.
Ghierra played club football for Defensor Sporting Club and Nacional.
