Alfred Pike Bissonnet

Alfred Pike Bissonnet is a former Canadian diplomat. He was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Indonesia then concurrently as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina.
