Alfred J. Goulding (26 January 1896 – 25 April 1972), was an Australian-born American film director and screenwriter. He directed 182 films between 1917 and 1959.
He was born in Melbourne, and died in Hollywood, California from pneumonia.
He was the youngest brother of the celebrated opera-singer, Elsa Goulding
