Alfred Hörtnagl (born September 24, 1966 in Matrei am Brenner) is an Austrian football player.
He played mostly for Tirol Innsbruck, Rapid Wien and Sturm Graz.
He played for Austria national football team (27 caps/1 goal) and was a participant at the 1990 FIFA World Cup.
