Alfred Firth

Alfred Firth was a first class cricketer who played one match for Yorkshire County Cricket Club in 1869.
He scored 4 in his only innings, against Surrey CCC at the Oval and didn't bowl. Yorkshire won the game by 7 wickets, thanks to hundreds from openers Joseph Rowbotham and Ephraim Lockwood.
He was born on September 3, 1847 in Dewsbury, Yorkshire and died on January 16, 1927 in Wyke, Bradford aged 79.
