Alf-Inge Rasdal "Alfie" Håland (born 23 November 1972 in Stavanger) is a retired Norwegian football defender. He played his club football for Bryne FK, and later played for Nottingham Forest F.C., Leeds United F.C. and Manchester City F.C.. Håland won 34 caps for Norway, and is one of six players to have played for the Norwegian national team without ever playing in the domestic top division.

Håland is often remembered for his "feud" with Roy Keane. In 1997, when Manchester United were losing to Haaland's Leeds United team, Keane kicked out at Håland late in the game. In the process, Keane injured his anterior cruciate liagment. As Keane lay prone on the ground, Håland criticised Keane for the horrendous nature of the tackle and suggested that he were feigning injury to avoid punishment. Keane was duly booked as he was stretchered off the field. Three and a half years later, in 2001, Keane made a brutal knee-high tackle on Håland. His biography implied that this was carried out as vengeance for the taunting he received all those years previously. Keane was sent off as a result and incurred a 5-game suspension and a £150,000 fine. Håland retired through injury in 2002.

Despite popular belief Alf has confirmed that his retirement from football was not as a direct result of the injury received from Keane.
