[edit] Grace Ross

A nice article, indeed. Thanks for taking the time! Colby 15:07, 26 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Wendy VanHorne and Wendy Van Horne

I didn't even realize you created the Wendy VanHorne article when I set out to begin a Wendy Van Horne article. The Wendy VanHorne article should probably now be deleted. Please edit the other however you feel may be necessary.--Fenian Heresiarch 11:41, 25 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Template:User engaged

Hi, I notice that you are using Template:User engaged, which has been moved to {{User:UBX/engaged}}. The link currently being used on your page is a cross-namespace redirect and will probably not last. It may be advisable to change the link. Thanks. —Mira 03:19, 5 June 2006 (UTC)

OK, I got your N_am_e \, and \vec J \cdot \vec B, but I can't for the life of me figure out what you're [ \nabla school, \oint{\vec F \cdot d \vec \ell} \; ] is... 68.39.174.238 12:38, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

\nabla school is "grad school" and \oint{\vec F \cdot d \vec \ell} is "work". "grad school is greater than work".--Alex 14:48, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
HaH, I missed the "grad" bit, I'm surprized at the second one, I should've known that D:... 68.39.174.238 17:05, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Template:User NDP

Hi, userboxes which declare a political or religious outlook have been extremely hot potatoes in recent months, and Jimbo Wales has expressed a desire to put such things only in userspace, as was done on the German Wikipedia, see WP:GUS. I have moved this template to your userspace, at User:Alexxauw/User NDP and updated all the userpages which had this template transcluded onto them to avoid disrupting them.

Hope you are not too offended by this...

Sjakkalle (Check!) 12:50, 15 August 2006 (UTC)

That's ok. I wasn't sure what to do with it. Thanks. Alex 22:48, 15 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Replaceable fair use Image:Grace_Ross.jpg

Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:Grace_Ross.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that fair use images which could be replaced by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted 7 days after this notification, per our Fair Use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rettetast 22:35, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
