By my count it was less than one year ago. How are we to know that you would contribute to Wikipedia constructively? (By the way, did you inform the potential adopters that you are indefinitely blocked? If not, it seems to me that your adoption is moot.)

But okay, here's an offer. Choose any article on Wikipedia, and suggest constructive changes that could be made there. Then describe them on your talk page (or e-mail them to me). (Before starting, have a look at the policy of verifiability and the notability guidelines. The summary of basic policies of Wikipedia will be useful as well.) If you can persuade me and/or the rest of administrators that you would help Wikipedia instead of compromising it, you have a chance to be unblocked. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 13:38, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
