Hello, Alex. Concerning your question about "...intentionally... blank", I would be glad to help you. First thing it comes to my mind is: "Ova stranica je namjerno ostavljena prazna.", which is a literal Croatian translation of the English phrase. It should also do in Serbo-Croatian (Bosnian) as it is, and in Serbian "namjerno" should be changed to "namerno". Of course, you should also ask native speakers of those languages for their opinion. Also, in a more Croatian-specific version, "namjerno" ("intentionally") could be changed to "namjenski" ("on purpose"). That would be it for now, but I could look more into it and if I found another phrase that is perhaps more appropriate in this role, I'll get back to you.
