I came across this former Coventry City player whilst researching a former Southampton player, Eric Webber. As Lowrie scored 44 goals for Coventry City in 56 games and played at least 4 times for Wales plus several wartime games, I was surpised that there was no mention of him on the list of Coventry internationals. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images.
