This is to confirm that I am Alfredo Alex G. General, formerly the Area Manager of the San Mariano Team of the Northern Sierra Madre Natural Park Conservation Project (NSMNP-CP). The NSMNP-CP was headed by its executive director, Dr. Roberto Arano. The NSMNP-CP started in July 1996 and ended in October 2002.
