If the article is modified then how and when will the status of the article be changed, as in the box nominating it for review be removed?

Anyone know what happened to the skyline image? I could not locate it to replace it. Nor did the change show up in the page history. Pejorative.majeure 04:06, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
