This appears to be a personal dispute. I was unable to find any announcements from the New York DA about an Elder investigation.

In general, however, the article does seem like a PR piece for Dr. Elder. I was tempted to edit the article to tone things down a bit, but I'm new to editing Wikipedia articles and want to learn more about the process first.

I removed the same link again. Someone seems to have a personal grudge against Dr. Elder. Obviously Wikipedia is not the platform for spreading unverified accusations, so I deleted that bit until there is an actual investigation, which I very much doubt will ever happen. jni 09:17, 9 December 2005 (UTC)
