[edit] Help, please

I'm well aware that this article does not presently meet Wikipedia's standards for a biography for a deceased, notable person. I'm unfamiliar with where to find these standards, however, and would really appreciate your help. If you know the standards or where to find them, please point me there so I can turn this article into what it deserves to be. XSG 04:59, 3 August 2006 (UTC)

Hello! thank you for getting this article started. Good start! The next thing is to add the WPBiography tag (which I just did) so it'll get into that project, perhaps attract the attention of Biographiles. Also I think the tag creates a link you can follow to find more about biographies. You are on your way!! rewinn 02:43, 7 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Reverted

A user made some good detailed additions to this article, however some of the unsourced additions contradicted information provided on some of the sources. I'd be happy to revert back to the additions if sources for those changes can be provided. XSG 03:40, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Shôgi

"During this time, he became a black belt in Shogi."

There is no belt in Shogi, only "dan" and "kyu" grades. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.3.102.176 (talk) 14:31, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
