[edit] Case dismissed?

I can find no references at all to Orbito's prosecution for fraud being dismissed in 2006: no press release, no news articles, nothing. There's barely any reference at all on the Web to Ruby & Edward, either, and nothing at all having to do with their connection to Orbito. Since I can't prove the case was dismissed -- and I can't prove he was convicted, either -- I'm removing the reference of the case being dismissed. If a reference or link to a news story or documents is provided, that will be fine. --Modemac 09:39, 21 May 2007 (UTC)

Drat. I found a reference mentioning his being released. --Modemac 09:44, 21 May 2007 (UTC)

(By the way, Orbito's Web site is still down.) --Modemac 09:44, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
