[edit] Massa

I removed the link to Massa, because I was unable to determine which Massa. At least two towns by that name are or were bishoprics, and notice that the Catholic-Hierarchy page] doesn't list him as bishop of Massa, listing him instead as bishop of Parma — a much more important place — earlier in his career, which casts doubt on Massa anyway.
