Hi everybody, I've never participated in Wikipedia, but I'm writing my Master Thesis about Dugin right now, and there are a few things I'd like to comment here: - Dugin has never worked for the Soviet secret services, on the very contrary, he was imprisoned and expelled from the Institute of Aviation as a dissident in 1983 and continued studiing Eurasist and Traditionalist literature at the Lenin Library with a forged reader's card. See Sedwick, Mark: Against the Modern World. Traditionalism and the Secret Intellectual History of the Twentieth Century, New York, 2004, S. 223 for that (Sedwick's blog on Traditionalism is already linked in the article) - Dugin has expressed anti-semitic thoughts but sided with the israelit far-right, considering them good patrionist on the one hand and garants for a destabilized middle east on the other, which will guarantee Russian influence in the region. See Sedwick, 2004, S. 239ff. and german scholars as Andreas Umland and Markus Mathyl Dugin is widely considered anti-semitic, but pro-zionistic, although his prefered allies are Shiit nations like the Iran, which can be confusing, but his whole theory is quite confusing and very much eccletic and focused on Russian interests.
I don't want to change the article now, but I think this should be taken into consideration when editing!
