Student Alex Nini is arrested for trespassing in the Army Recruiting Center in Greensboro, NC - the place of some of the first Civil Rights Sit-ins - Nini had attempted to enlist as an openly gay youth and sat in when she was denied due to "Don't Ask, Don't Tell."
