He was premier from Premier from 1966 to 1978, and this photo appears to be from that period. While he is still alive (born 1933), he is in his seventies and probably not making many public appearances. It would therefore be impossible to find a free photo that shows him as he looked back then when he was premier, and unreasonably difficult to obtain a free image at all.}
