Alexteroon hypsiphonus is a species of frog in the Hyperoliidae family. It is found in Cameroon, Republic of the Congo, Gabon, possibly Equatorial Guinea, and possibly Nigeria. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, rivers, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches. It is threatened by habitat loss.
