Alexandreia (Greek: Αλεξάνδρεια, also Romanized as Alexandria; older demotic Greek name Γιδά - Gida;[1]) is a city in the Imathia Prefecture, Greece, whose capital is the town of Veria. Population 19,283 (2001).
