Alexandre Henri Marco Silva Cleyton (born 8 March 1983) is a Brazilian footballer currently playing for Panathinaikos in Greece.
Cleyton is one of few footballers in Greece to have a dual passport, one of Brazilian and one of Greek which he received on 13 November, after spending 10 years in Greece which is what is needed to gain citizenship. In the 2006/07 season he helped AEL 1964 to reach the Greek cup final and successfully won it.
He is AEL 1964's top scorer in European competitions in the 2007/08 season, including goals against Blackburn Rovers and Everton.
