Alexa Veronica Gerasimovich (born April 11, 2002) is an American child actress.

Gerasimovich was born in Long Island, New York. She has two younger sisters, Ashley and Erin, who are also models. She started her modeling career at 5 months old and by the time she was 6 months old, she booked her first commercial (Gap) and appeared on the cover of Parents Magazine. She appeared on the cover of American Baby the following month.

Gerasimovich briefly portrayed Natalie Snyder on As the World Turns in mid-2006. She is currently portraying Kathy on All My Children, who will turn out to be Tad and Dixie's daughter, named Kate, who was given up at birth.

Gerasimovich appeared in 2006's film the World Trade Center as Erin McLoughlin. Gerasimovich was the only cast member of the film to have not been alive at the time it was set - during the September 11, 2001 attacks. But before landing the role on film World Trade Center, she landed her first role in the movie "Bella" playing the role of Lucinda (2006).

Alexa will be in the upcoming movie "27 Dresses".
