Alex Party

Alex Party is a DJ dance music project of the Electronic dance (Club dance) or House Music genre of year 1993 by Italian brothers Paolo and Gianni Visnadi and DJ Alex Natale.

Their first single, "Alex Party (Read My Lips / Saturday Night Party)" was an immediate success, and became an Ibiza anthem. It became the first Top 40 hit in the UK, peaking at #29. The track was later included in the dance music collections like "Now Dance'95", "ID&T Top 500 Dancetracks" and many others.

After introducing a singer to the group (Shanie Campbell) they released "Don't Give Me Your Life" single, being an extended remix to the original "Alex Party" track. It reached #2 in the UK charts (their highest charting hit) and #13 in Australia, plus topped the Club Record category at Music Week's 1995 Awards. It was included in "Now That's What I Call Music! 30 (U.K. series)", "Hit Machine 13" and other popular compilation albums all over the world.

The group's next single "Wrap Me Up" was released later in the year, peaking at #17 in the UK and #11 in Australia, where it was the group's last charting single in that country. "Read My Lips" was also a Top 40 hit in the UK, reaching #28 in 1996.

Shanie Cambell had re-released "Don't Give Me Your Life" under her own name, "Shanie" in 2006, but in 2008, she has released new version of the song in the UK.
