Alex Newport

Alex Newport is a record producer and mixer. He has produced and/or mixed records for bands such as Mars Volta, Two Gallants, Death Cab For Cutie, Piebald, Me First And The Gimme Gimmies, Knapsack, Polysics, At the Drive-In, Dead To Me, The Melvins, Sepultura, System Of A Down, and Brazil. He also founded two bands, Fudge Tunnel and Theory of Ruin and co-founded with Max Cavalera from Sepultura the industrial band Nailbomb. He likes to fly kites. He is a Brit but now lives in New York City with his dog Joon and his cat S.N.O.E.E.
