[edit] Teleseminars
Teleseminars utilize the telephone, and a bridgeline system through the local phone company. Typically, up to 1000 people can call in at a specific date and time.
This approach allows a trainer to train “one on many”, vs. “one on one”. Students of a teleseminar call have the benefit of learning from home, or anywhere they have a phone connection. This saves the time, expense and hassle of traveling to live seminars.
While Mandossian didn't invent teleseminars, he certainly is one of the most high profile teleseminar trainers.
Mandossian has done teleseminars with many of the world’s top thought leaders and authors such as Stephen Covey, Jack Canfield and Mark Victor Hansen co-creators of the "Chicken Soup for the Soul" book series, Les Brown, Brian Tracy, Harvey Mackay, Robert Cialdini, Joe Vitale, and many others.
He has trained over 11,300 teleseminar students since 2002.
[edit] Virtual book tours
Mandossian coined the phrase "virtual book tour" using his expertise in teleseminars. Rather than an author go to a physical book store like Barnes and Noble for a live book signing, the author can do it "virtually".
On July 28, 2007, Mandossian did a Virtual Book Tour with best selling author Timothy Ferriss, best seller of The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich [2].
[edit] Ask Methodology
Alex Mandossian created a method he calls the Ask Methodology and is the founder and co-creator of the Ask Database. He adapted this from the teachings of Socrates, the Greek philosopher.
"Just Ask" is the main principle. Ask Database was created to allow marketers to implement the Ask Methodology by asking their customers or clients what they want.
[edit] Live seminars, training, and speaking
Mandossian is a featured speaker and trainer at seminars and live events each year.
He is a prominent speaker and Emcee of Mark Victor Hansen’s book marketing seminars [3], [4], [5]. Also at Idea Incubator [6], plus many others.
The NSA (National Speakers Association) has Mandossian speaking at their National Conference in July 2007 [7]
