Alex Kent (January 7, 1986) is the bass guitarist of the American rock band, Say Anything. He was the bassist in the now defunct Lance's Hero. He also owns Gnome Records, a record company that recently released Japandi's debut album, The Great Dinosaur Mystery. Alex graduated Torrey Pines High School (Class of 2004) in San Diego, California. He is married and resides in Portland, Oregon with his two miniature dachshunds: Harvey and Dotty. He released two songs on his Myspace page, titled "Fariy Pinball" and "Your Art Sucks, Dude" off of an album titled "Hey god, it's me alex. i have some questions and i want some god-damned answers." He is touring on a solo project from May 9th to May 15th on the West Coast.
