Alex Doolan (born November 29, 1985) in Launceston, Tasmania is an Australian cricket player, who plays for the Tasmanian Tigers. He plays his club cricket for South Hobart/Sandy Bay Cricket Club.

A brilliant performance in a Cricket Australia Cup match had experts suggesting higher honours for Doolan.

Alex is also an avid Western Bulldogs supporter. Reportedly his favourite player is Will Minson.
